Welcome to the official campaign website of Truman Esmond for Park County Commissioner, by the Truman4ParkCo campaign committee, Truman Esmond, Registered Agent ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.truman4parkco.com (the "Site"), and related services ("Services").
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
 

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using a valid email, Google, or Facebook login. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain its accuracy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
 

2. Community Profiles and Visibility, Uniqueness

Supporters and community members may create profiles on the Site. You may choose to make your profile:
- Public: visible to other users or the general public, or
- Private: visible only to you and authorized members of the campaign team.
By making your profile public, you consent to display your name and shared content to others.

Please do not post private or sensitive information.

You agree to not create duplicate profiles. 

Duplicate profiles found to have been created or used intentionally by a single person, will be deleted. We recognize it is possible to unintentionally create duplicate profiles - we're happy to support any created accidentally, and we'll likely reach out before removing any Profiles.
 

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
- Use the Site for unauthorized fundraising or promotion.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and suspend access for violations of these Terms.
 

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of any content you post. However, by submitting content, you grant Truman Esmond for Park County Commissioner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content for campaign-related purposes.
 

5. Privacy
